My Iphone won't connect to my Sony CMTHX90BTR (BlueTooth Hi FI) via BlueTooth - Anyone else manage to connect there Iphone to bluetooth headphones or HiFi ?

Out of the box the only thing an iPhone can connect to via Bluetooth is a handsfree headset.

hahah - so I messed up the title a little bit ! Its really annoying that all my other cheap old phones connect easily to my hifi via bluetooth - no trouble - but my cutting edge £350 iphone can't ? Is this something apple is working on ?
