I've already sent an email to Nullriver's support email, but I figured I would ask here just in case someone had the same issue.
I was checking out Connect360 last night. Using the trial, everything seemed to be worthwhile so I whipped out the credit card and purchased the program. I received the email with my license key, but when I go to input the key, it just says that the registration information is invalid. I've double, triple, quadruple checked that I typed the key correctly, but still no dice.
Is there anything I can do other than just wait for the support team to get back to me on this?
edit: Gaaaagghhh... I just read over the email from Nullriver again. Somehow the second letter of my name is also capitalized... I'm pretty sure it will work now when I get home and try it again...
