Connect360 no discovered devices help

Hi all,
I had connect360 working no problem, then my xbox broke and they sent me a new one. Now Connect 360 does not have anything under the discovered devices. It will not 'see' my xbox360 at all. Any ideas. I have uninstalled and reinstalled connect360. I'm extremely frustrated. thanks.
