Hi all,

I have a transporter connected to my network. I am running the latest version of the desktop software on my iMac running 10.9
Today was the second time in about 2 months that, while i was out, i received emails on my iPhone that all my shared folders were removed. I am not sure why this keeps happening, but its very annoying. ( i also run the latest version of the iOS app too)
I went to check what firmware my Transporter is running.
2.1.1
However, i cannot find a list, download, or instructions on how to go about updating it.
So, in summary....if anyone knows why i have this auto-folder removal for no reason and / or a way to update the transporter's firmware...please let me know.

thanks

drobo files lost

Same issue ... it sends you email saying it has removed unshared directories ... but they are only on the Transporter and I'm using the directories from my one laptop.
First time I removed the drive, attached to another computer, and recovered.
Way to much effort ... not a reliable device.
See no updates of software/firmware to fix.
