Connectin 2 devices on 1 WIFI account

Lets say I am connected via WIFI to a pay WIFI service like on a ship or hotel where you pay a flat fee for the day/week. Can I connect with my iPhone and then have my iPad connected to the iPhone or vice versa?

Normally you get login details when you purchase a WiFi access?

To answer your question directly it's not possible to share you WiFi on your iPhone. You could do it with a Mac or PC.
