OWC has one by Kandex and it only cost me 100 bucks.. it was on sale from 129.99 - I suggest going this route, as Atlona is the other one and is expensive at 150.00

Thanks. I've found the Kanex adaptor on amazon. I would buy it from OWC, but I am in the UK so shipping and customs makes it more pricey.
