Connecting 3G Internet to the Macbook Pro from iPhone 4

Im getting my iPhone 4 delivered tomorrow.

I have a Macbook Pro.
I already got a 3G broadband SIM card ready for the iPhone 4.

I will be going to my hometown in 3 days.

I would like to use the internet on my Macbook Pro.
How do I do that ?

How do we connect and configure the internet from the iPhone ?

its called tethering, you pay AT&T $20 a month for the option.

or you jailbreak and do it anyway, without paying the additional fee, if you have a big enough plan.

Im not in the US.

Im from India and I have the factory unlocked Apple iPhone 4.

No need to jailbreak!
Its officially unlocked by Apple.

So, what do I do ?

Settings > General > Network > Internet Tethering

Connecting 3G Internet to the Macbook Pro from iPhone 4

My iPhone 4S under Settings>General does not have Network yet so many of the solutions show this. How do I connect without Network>Tethering?
