Connecting a windows to a mac network!

I have connected it to my belkin router but when I try and open internet explorer it says do I want to connect it to the internet.

I am connecting to the network via a wireless usb. but for somereason I cannot connect to the internet.

With my mac I can just open safari and I'm connected!!!!

Sadly Ive tried all of them and it is still unable to connect but Its ok now I dont mind that much... I was just trying t think of the possibility!!!

It sounds like you're not actually connecting to the wireless network or at least not getting an IP address. If you could be more specific about what you've tried and about what you're seeing in your Network Connections we would be able to help you more.
