Hi Folks, I would like to connect an Apple studio CRT Display to a G5 is this possible.
Would a Female ADC to Male DVI adaptor do the job.
Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced switching box for switching between the two monitors, Formac flatscreen and the Apple studio.
Thanks in advance

I don't think you can power the Apple Studio Display 17" CRT without a certain Power Mac G4. Otherwise it's the typical Apple DVI to ADC or the OWC one.

The earlier G5's (the AGP 8x models) can have an ADC monitor attached if you own an ADC grfx card.
IIRC only the GeForce 6800 Ultra AGP 8x card doesn't have an ADC port. I think all the rest have one ADC and one DVI port.

If you have a PCI-E G5, then you must get the DVI to ADC adaptor.
