There was a time when I could print wirelessly from my HP Laserjet P1102w Professional to my Macbook Pro running Sierra 10.12.6 but it no longer prints unless it's connected via USB. It prints wireless from my 6th generation iPad but not my Macbook Pro. HP no longer supports my old printer but it still works great and I can't find another one I would spend money on. I recently reinstalled the software using the CD that came with the printer but it's not showing up in the Applications folder or the Airport Utility. There is no touchscreen on the printer. I've tried multiple websites and the instructions don't match my hardware. The WPS pairing button on two different routers has not worked. Anybody know what I can try next?

Does the printer have an ethernet port?
Could you connect it (using ethernet) to your router/residential gateway?

You might be able to get printing going that way.
