Connecting and disconnecting from Wifi issue

I have noticed this issue when I try to join certain networks.

Basically my iPhone 7 Plus will connect to the wifi network and disconnect after 2-5 seconds, connect again and disconnect. Basically going in circles, sometimes it will connect and work fine.

Does anyone know what causes these random disconnects? I have tried resetting network settings and forgetting the network, does not fix the issue. Co workers Android devices seem to not have this issue. Happened on IOS 10 and also now on 11.

Some routers at times have issues connecting with iOS devices. Happens to me at times at home and I just restart the router.
