connecting ipad to android phone via bluetooth

Hello,
I have an ipad 32GB and a samsung galaxy tab. I could not sent any data from samsung galaxy to ipad and vice versa via bluetooth. Do i need to jailbreak? Please can someone guide me?
Other than that, I would like to ask if ipad can connect to mobile pone eg. nokia E66 via bluetooth cause I have tried, but it failed to connect. Any advice on that?:confused:
