My current setup is like this:

An iPad
A MBP with authorized iTunes (for my iPad)
A MBA with unauthorized iTunes (for my iPad)
Files in third party app (VLC for iOS)

If I connect my iPad to my authorized itunes I can see and transfer files from the third party app (VLC) directly in iTunes to my computer.

Can I then connect my iPad to my unauthorized iTunes and see the files and transfer them to the other computer? Like this:

MBP (Authorized) -- files --> iPad (VLC App) -- files --> MBA (Unauthorized)

Cheerio!

That is not possible as your iPad can only be synced to one computer. Either it will be the MBP or the MBA.

But to be honest, I don't really get why you would want to use an iPad as a sort of USB stick? What are you actually trying to accomplish?

Now that VLC supports Dropbox on iOS you might find that the easiest way to share a common pool of videos across devices - unless you want to take & go with the iPad - say onto a flight or something.
