Connecting MBP 2010 to Toshiba Projector

Before I rush out and buy a dvi/vga adaptor could anyone advise me on the best way to achieve a decent video connection between MacBook Pro 2.4Ghz Intel Core I5 and Toshiba TLP-S10U Projector(the specification for which can be seen at http://www.retrevo.com/samples/index.html)?

I am only intending to present text and pictures - no sound or movies involved.

Grateful for any advice please.
