Connecting old Apple Multiple Scan CRT to PC?

Due to a set of circumstances, I am needing to hook up my old Apple Multiple Scan 15 CRT to a Windows PC with a VGA port. What is needed to perform this task, exactly? Would an adapter like the one shown below work, or would I need to buy something else?
