My mother has an iPad Air that is older - maybe 6 or 7 years. software version 12.4.9 Model Number MD788LL/A
printing to wifi printers is not consistent - it just doesn't work reliably. I think it may be the wifi in the house or the placement of her printer as more than one printer has had this problem. She is 90 and I think that if I can get her ipad set up with a cable that connects to her Canon TS3120 it will be much easier. I have read on line that typically a usb-c port is what is used. her ipad only has the port for charging and headphones. Is there an adapter that can go into the charger port and then allow it to plug into the printer? Or - is there some other way? thanks
ps: I chose ipad air wifi for device but to be honest I am not sure that is the correct device. please go by the info I offered at the top of this posting
