How can i need to sent parameter as Dictionary inside another dictionary...like this structure.

<Location>
<param1><param1>
<param2><param2>
<param3><param3>
</Location>
<ratecard>
<param1><param1>
<param2><param2>
<param3><param3>
</ratecard>
</GetValue>



anyone give some sugesstion.
