I seem to be having some issues when trying to connect to other macs on my home network.

When connecting to my Mac Pro from my MacBook pro, by clicking on it in the shared list in the finder, it automatically connects through my mobileme account. Finder shows me "Connected as xxxxxx@mac.com"

To connect though my network I have to disconnect and click "connect as..." then log in, then finder shows me "Connected as username" Connecting this way is significantly faster.

Even though I save these details it always logs in with my mobileme account automatically, which I don't understand. Back to my mac is turned off on all of my macs so why does it connect through this account? Is there a way to turn this off or perhaps choose the default account to connect through when connecting to another mac.

I hope this makes sense. I've tried googling, but can't seem to find anything... Any help would be appreciated, it's just a little annoying.

Thanks
