Connecting to OSX from Windows 7?

Hi,

I'm trying to send some files from my Windows 7 desktop computer to my girlfriend's Macbook, but her laptop, but in the 'Network' section I can't see her laptop at all? Just the other active devices on the network, but not the Macbook

Googling it shows up loads of articles enterring smb:// or some such, but that doesn't seem to be from the Windows side and honestly I have no idea how to do something like that either, it's the IP address and a port or something?

Is file sharing enabled on the Mac?

System Preferences > Sharing > File Sharing​

Thanks, I turned it on (via SMB?) but still can't see it to transfer files to
