Hi all

Have recently upgraded to a mac pro but wanted to fire up my old G5. Only have a spare VGA monitor but scratching my head as to how to hook it up. The video cable wont plug into the VGA monitor and I'm searching for some sort of adaptor but not even sure if the signal is compatible.
Any idea please ??

Cheers

Ric

The G5 at work has a ADC<>DVI adapter and a DVI<>VGA adapter. It uses the older aluminum Cinema Display with the power brick/port connector so it can utilize a passive ADC<>DVI adapter.

That gives my coworker two displays.

Any idea please ??
Something like this might help.
Less then 2 bucks.
