Connecting Wifi on DS with Airport Express

I have a Mac OS X 10.5.2 on a Macbook. I have DSL and use an Airport Express. I want to know how I can connect my DS and Airport Express using Wifi. I'm not very familiar with the Airport Express controls, so if someone could please give me in depth instruction I would really appreciate it. :)
