I just bought my base air yesterday at the Apple store. I love it so far.
I actually got the apple store to price match microcenter's 949.99 price.
I have a 27" imac that can connect to the air and see my public folder. On the Air when I try to connect to the Imac I get connection failed. I have tried my user name on the Imac and my wife's un. I have also tried guest to logon.
I think it's strange that I can screen share the Imac screen from the air..
I have files sharing set up properly I believe??? I have shared successfully in the past with 13" mb pro.
Thanks for any guidance!! I need to access that external storage on this air!!
