Connection Failed Message on Startup with 10.6.8

Every time I start up my Mac Mini, I get this error that I *must* acknowledge before any of my login items will launch.

Being that my Mini serves as a HTPC, this is very cumbersome. Furthermore, once bootup is complete, I have no issues whatsoever connecting to the Time Capsule, viewing data, or backing up.

Can anyone help me diagnose this issue? Thanks.
