Connection failed

Picked up my graphite 40mm yesterday. It's beautiful. Only problem is when I set up cellular I get a Connection Failed, The connection to the server was lost. Please try again later message. I have Verizon. Any help would be appreciated

I forgot to remove the cellular plan from my old watch. This is my 5th Apple watch. I should be smarter than this : )
