Ok. So I'm experiencing some super strange stuff with my connection at home.
Heres what I have:
1. macbook pro 13" 8gb ram
2. windows 7 home edition - just bought for my windows crap
3. time warner home signature series (fast! 50 down and 5up)
My problem is my macbook is having problems with speed and staying connected. I'm hard wired into the TWC modem. I'll be working and all of a sudden nada. My mac mail starts spinning and connection comes to a crawl and sometimes a halt.
I'll literally jump over to the pc which is using my wireless connection and its flying. Everythings up and normal.
This has happened the past 24 hours maybe 48 and I can't pinpoint what the deal is with the macbook. I don't know why it would be a hardware/macbook problem when the windows is running and staying connected like normal.
Is there some type of network diagnostics test i can perform on my macbook?
ps. i added 4gb of ram (8 total now - of Crucial Ram yesterday too) - shouldn't have anything to do with it but thought i'd let you know.
