Connection timed out error as soon as download completes

I work on a particular website.

As soon as I download a file above 1 mb(only from this website, I get 'Connection timed out' error. Where as in windows it is working.
fine.

Tested on all Browser Chrome 37+, Firefox, Safari & IE (Mac Pro & Book) OS X Yosemite
Problem continues
Check the issue with Mountain Lion, Mavericks & Yosemite on a MacBook Pro)
