Connection Timed Out - Not Cool!

Hello. I'm getting highly annoying connection timed out errors today. Fortunately, this site isn't one of the ones generating them, but http://forums.kingdomofloathing.com/ and http://www.kingdomofloathing.com/ are. Anyone know what might be causing this to happen, and, if the problem's on my end, what I should do to fix it?

Have you tried flushing the DNS cache by doing this in Terminal:

lookupd -flushcache

No, but the problem seems to have sorted itself out now.
