iPad Air connectorTop button/Touch ID sensOr constantly hitting by accident?

Anyone else hitting the Top button/Touch ID sensor accidentally? In landscape I keep it to the upper left so that I hold it with pencil attached at the top. Also, if it were at the lower right surely my right palm would hit the button all the time. anyone else have this issue?

I cant think of any reason to hold the iPad with the Pencil down instead of up.
