Connneting MBA13 to Dell Ultrasharp

Hello all

I've been gifted a Dell 27" ultrasharp monitor by my brother. What's the best way to connect(DVI, HDMI or ?) it to my 2013 13" MBA? Specs to the monitor - http://www.dell.com/al/business/p/dell-u2711/pd

Pls also suggest the adapter I need to get if I need one.

Apple sells a DVI adapter that plugs into the Thunderbolt port, you can use that.
Then all you need is a standard HDMI cable.

Apple doesn't make an HDMI adapter, but you can buy a 3rd party one. They will both provide the same picture, but with HDMI, you can plug speakers into the audio out on the LCD, if you wanted.

Actually, the best way is with a MDP to Display Port Cable like this one:

Connect to the TB port on the MBA and the Display Port on the monitor.

No adapters, no muss, no fuss. And you'll get full resolution support.
