Considering After Effects...Can it do this:

Hey, I didn't find a thread similar, so I needed help from all the smart people on the Digital Video forum!

Ok, so at school I got used to Motion 3. But I was wondering, does Adobe's After Effects (CS3) have any of these features:

1. Motion's "Match Move"
2. Good Time Remapping

If anyone can clear those up, I'd appreciate it!
