consistent game crashing EXCEPT starcraft

every single game i launch i get a crash, im going to attach them so you can maybe tyying to help meout, im thinking its my GFX card, but i dont see why, but then again its picking it up as a HD 5000 card...hmmph. Anyways, here is my concerns. As soon i click the link i get this lovely pop up


why is it showing that card as my graphic card when in reality its not, im running the 5770
