Consolidate accounts? Any tips?

Hi everyone,

it's been a while I haven't had an iphone, and I (naively) thought they would have allowed people to consolidate accounts by now. Well, looks like it's still not on the cards.

I'd like to do a clean install of iOS8, not a restore from backup (my last itunes backup is really old).

But I'd like to restore all the apps, books and music that I've purchased. Unfortunately (long story) I've purchased stuff under 4 different apple ids.

Can anyone tell me what is the cleanest way for me to redonwload all my stuff under one single apple id?
