I did this in my political science recitation a few years back, but its basically a list of the top conspiracy theories of the last 50 years and everyone write
YES = you think a conspiracy was involved
or
NO = you think it went down just as it is described in the history books.

List

2. John F. Kennedy Assassination, Mob and/or CIA and/or a Military - Industrial Combine
3. Martin L. King Assassination, Mob and/or CIA and/or a Military - Industrial Combine
4. Robert Kennedy Assassination by Mob and/or CIA and/or a Military - Industrial Combine
5. Illuminati / Trilateral Commission is the shadow government
6. NSA intercepts/ screens all domestic telecommunications transmissions with the Echelon Project (currently the government needs reasonable doubt).
7. Project HAARP by the USAF is a weather control weapon
8. Israel has nuclear weapons given by the United States
9. 9-11 was perpetuated with a helping hand from the U.S. government
10. Steven Jobs was sent to earth by God
