constant buzzing after installing windows?

after i installed windows xp pro on my 2.2ghz blackbook, i get a constant buzzing sound from the upper left corner of my macbook. this never happened to me before bootcamp. its not too loud, but its loud enough to hear when you're typing on the computer. is this normal? windows xp is running perfectly, so i doubt its a os corruption issue...

and thus another reason not to run windows.
