Constant call failing

As of an hour ago my iPhone 4s is almost unusable on Verizon. I have had 10 call failures after at most a minute in the phone. I have restarted the phone and tried calls with several people to the same result. I am getting 4 bars right now however. Anyone have any advice on what may be causing this?
