Constant crashing when playing game 'Ryzom'

I've emailed the Ryzom support staff about this also, but it could be an easy to fix problem that I just don't see.

When I launch this game, it loads fully every time and as the client launches the game, the sound cuts and the program crashes. I'm greeted with the attached log file. Any help is very much appreciated!
