Constant iCloud verification

I updated to iOS 9.1 when it was released and since then I get constant messages to login to iCloud even though I am. This happens on both my mac with 10.11 and my iPhone. I enter the password and then a few min later it pops up again.

Also on my iPhone I try to go into game center to log out since I don't use it and it just pops up an error message saying cannot connect to server ??

Check your icloud.com account,same sign in as your regular icloud/apple app store. Check your settings.

Then check at apple.com,go to bottom of webpage, click on manage your apple ID, sign with your apple ID/icloud account.

On you phone, go to settings, icloud,your ID info, check your settings.

All avenues should fix all your concerns. Don't delete ANYTHING until your sure everything is correct.
