Is anyone else experiencing frozen/locked up screens? Since the last beta I have to restart my iPhone 5 about 6 times a day because the screen won't turn on.

Ive had this happen. I can get siri, take screenshots, play music, but no screen.

Do everyone and yourself a favor and wipe the phone and restore it as NEW. A lot of issues are resolved by doing that. (I do that every new Beta)

Been using iOS 7 since Beta 2 and although the first few were pretty buggy I have had one reboot since loading Beta 6. It's solid.

I did a clean install for the first beta and all of the updates were OTA. My concern is that I had the screen replaced when the first beta was release, so I wonder if it's a hardware issue with the phone. I won't be able to take it for service until iOS 7 is officially released and that will be dangerously close to my warranty expiration.

Sounds like a screen issue.

Restore back to iOS 6 (if you can) and then go to the Apple store.

Did Apple replace your screen?
