Constant Mail hiccups in PB2

Was on DP7 but was having major issues, so I went to PB2, thinking it'd be more stable. HOWEVER, now my mail indexing is all screwy, and it wants me to rebuild my mailboxes almost every time I launch.

I tried removing Envelope Index files from /Library/Mail, and it works for a few minutes, and then I get the error again:

"Mail cannot access your mailbox information because it’s already in use."

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?!? Other than this PB2 is completely stable for me...
