Constantly have to put password for app store Touch ID

For some reason, the app store constantly asks me to keep entering my password to "renew touch ID purchases" almost every time I buy an app.

Anyone know what is causing this? it is pretty annoying considering the touch ID function has become useless to me for the app store.

Only happens to me after I do a hard reset.

I think you have to reenter your password after not using touch id in the store after 48hrs.

Did you download iOS 7.0.1? Fixes a problem with Touch ID.

This is the biggest fail for touchid and appstore. If you download an app once and awhile you have to enter your password every time. Still annoying. It's extremely rare I install 2 apps in the time-span allowed to scan my finger.
