Constantly have to "Restore to Default Settings" on Time Capsule

I have been having issues with my newest version 2tb Time Capsule. Wireless, or wired for the matter, speeds were normal since I set up my TC last summer. Now, Im getting low download speeds, but normal upload speeds. I have the TC wired to the modem, and if I connect any of my devices directly to the modem, I am getting normal download speeds. Ive changed the ethernet cable three times now, and after doing a couple of resets and default setting resets, the speeds would go back to normal for a few days, then dip down to less than 2mb/s. I am running ML and Im on the latest version of Airport Utility. I have Google'd this issue to death, but I cant seem to find an answer, so if anyone has any thoughts/ideas, I am ALL ears!
