Hi,I hope someone can help me as i am really frustrated now.I recently purchased a Macbook while on holidays. All great at the start (for about a week). Now all i seem to be doing is re-installing software. This is because one of three things keeps happening:
1. Apple symbol remains on
2. Blue screen remains after apple symbol goes
3. Nothing happens at all

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have read the forums here about rebooting and also the manual over and over again

Please help
:mad::mad::(:(

Your hard drive may be going bad. If you are able to, go to the Genius Bar and they will replace it for you.

uh, is it a new macbook? or used? every new machine runs fine. not uncommon to see issues with used stuff. not being a jerk here. if it is new, you should have warranty help available.
