constantly receiving sign in notice..

Hey guys. Apparently my icloud.com account is acting weird. I'm constantly receiving icloud.com account notice..to sign. It's been doing that for a week now. I'm not sure what's causing it...but anyone got an answer to it? I'm receiving notice to sign in under system preference.
 
Been happening for more than a week for me now. But, everything seems to be working OK. I get it when I display the Reminders windows. Prompts me, I click "Later", yet, reminder events are syncing from Mac to iOS. And going the other way.

Since things seem to be working, have not tried fixing. Something to try: turn off and back on the iCloud account on the Mac?
