I had a un resolved issue with regards to my Mac Book lost when sent to repair to Apple Authorised Service Center...
I discussed with Apple Customer Support Team and
I discussed with Apple Customer Releations Team (Tier2)
Is there any way that i can esculate my issue beyond Tier2 team
