Contact Display Pics, how to retrieve?

Trying to get all the contacts in my phonebook to have standard display pics so that when they call they show up BIG (full screen) and not those small ones in the corner.

I was wondering if there is a way to get the pictures of facebook, but just the picture i dont really care for filling out the other stuff in the contact entry.
