I have been organizing my business contacts on my iPhone using the "company" field to create A,B,C list clients (A being people who gave me money, B is people who expressed interest and made an effort but no money, and C people who never went further than 1st contact.) I am also using the "notes" section to add detailed info about our conversations and if/when they spent money and the service provided.

I have recently gotten two new people who want to help out. I want to figure out a way to share my detailed contact list with them so we can send out newsletter emails or call them.

One person has an iPhone. The other person is Android.

Is there an app or some way for me to share the contact info with my new guys?

I don't want them to have the clients info on their phones, just a database management for them to log in and access it under my supervision?

I have used filemaker in the past but it is clunky and doesn't sync with my phones contacts.
