Updated to iOS 9 yesterday and decided to add contact photos for some people. However, they will not sync to my mac. Supposedly my contacts are syncing 'Over the air with iCloud.' I tried toggling iCloud contacts off and re-syncing with a lightning cable. Any suggestions/sequences to fix this?
