When I get an email from someone in my contacts list, their photo does not appear in the email. If I click on their name in the email, the contact info appears with the photo so the information is their. Any ideas? Thanks!

Really strange. I, too, was having the same problem with my new phone. But, because of a separate issue, I had to restore my phone and elect NOT to restore from my old backup, but restore as new, instead. Once I did that, I noticed that my emails started to display the contact photo. Really strange. Makes no sense that one would have to do that. Let me know if you find a way to set this on/off.

I notice that when I click the "Hide" option within the email the picture shows but when I click "Details" the picture goes away. Strange that apple designed it that way.
