Contact Pics

Hello. I received my iphone 5 today, and I noticed when I made a call the contact pic only shows up in the upper right hand corner, as opposed to full screen as it did with the 4s. Is this because of ios 6, the iphone 5, or more likely some setting I am missing? I am using the same contact pictures as before. Thank you for any help.

The last time this came up i remember the reason has to do with if you added the pic in the address book on your Mac vs adding it from the phone. If I'm wrong someone will correct me.

First, thank you for the quick reply. You are 100% correct. I tried a random photo stored on the phone, and applied it as a contact pic, and it worked "full screen" I very much appreciate your help.
