I am wondering, is there any way to get my LG VX8300 phone (Verizon) to sync its contacts with my Address Book? Whenever I try to do this with iSync or Address book, it says that the phone is not compatible.

vCards LG8300 sync

I searched long and hard the other day with a similiar problem. I even read your post. Then I stumbled across a solution on my own. Here it is.

Have your phone locate the mac with bluetooth

Then go back under the bluetooth menu and highlight you mac. While highlighted choose the option tab.

One of the options will be to send a card.

You can send vCards via bluetooth. You can only do 10 at a time though.

It is the only way I have found to get all my addresses into my mac.

Thanks, I only have 70 or so contacts so it shouldn't take too long, but since I made them so detailed, I didn't want to have to repeat 70 people all over again.

Do you think the same would work for the calendar? I really miss having my calendar on my phone -- so nice to get alerts when I need to do something. I have a VX9900 (EnV).
